Performance Requirements

Every event is different. These requirements help Daniela deliver a performance that is safe, well prepared, and a good fit for your venue.

Smoke-free venues

Due to the athletic demands of these performances, a smoke-free environment is required. This includes freedom from cigarette, cigar, hookah, and vape smoke throughout the venue, including setup and performance areas.

Circus artistry

Daniela’s aerial, contortion, and lollipop acts are circus performances. They do not include stripping, erotic entertainment, or sexual audience interaction. This applies to every act, including performances using a lollipop apparatus.

A dedicated, protected performance space

The venue must provide adequate space reserved exclusively for the performance, as well as a designated area for breaks. Space and rigging requirements must be agreed upon before booking.

Guests must remain outside the performance area. They may not touch the performer, walk beneath aerial equipment, or handle the apparatus or rigging. The client is responsible for keeping this area clear and providing barriers or staff when needed.

Performances may be paused or ended if safe conditions cannot be maintained. In these circumstances, the full contracted fee remains payable.

Event Interruptions

The client is responsible for securing all required venue permits and licenses. Any change of venue must be approved by the performer before the day of the event.

If the event is shut down or the performance cannot proceed through no fault of the performer, the full contracted fee remains payable.

Indoor and outdoor events

Please specify whether your event is indoors, outdoors, or includes both settings.

Aerial performances cannot take place in rain, snow, sleet, unsafe winds, cold temperatures, or extreme heat, including heat waves. Conditions must be safe for both the performer and the equipment. Weather plans, including a suitable indoor alternative where available, should be discussed before booking. Daniela will confirm whether conditions allow the performance to proceed safely.
